With RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) going into effect 2006, we voluntarily ceased manufacture of products made with plating (Black Chrome) containing hexavalent chrome, which is one of the restricted substances. New bass bridges are under development
We are developing new bass bridges. It looks very simple and heavy duty. Base plate, saddles are completely machined from blocks. You can imagine that it creates a cool bass sound, can’t you? It will be available from next year.

Added Image Simulator
The image simulator of SGS510 was added. This simulator can choose a “button” and “finish”, respectively, and can check an image. Other models are undecided although it can be available on the product page of SGS510 and SGS510Z.

Musik Messe 2011
A world’s largest musical instrument show “Musik Messe” was held in Frankfurt, Germany. Japanese trading companies had showed GOTOH products for the European people. I saw movements which “Save Japan” at various places in this show. It was a heart-warming scene. I would like to say “thanks” to all the people in the world.

NAMM 2011 1/13-1/16
NAMM Show2011 was held in Anaheim, California this year also. It means start of new year. It seemed that exhibitors are decreasing in number. But show was successful. A lot of visitors had visited to the booth of trading company which is handling GOTOH products.
